He led operations, human resources, training & development, IT, Facilities and site development.
Mr. Madsen serves as a Trustee and the Tresurer of The Ron Clark Academy, in Atlanta, GA.
Mr. Madsen earned a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University in New York.
